[WHOA Vinnie. Red was just sitting at his computer when the door burst open and look - there's a happy Venusaur running in. Red stands up and just gives a friendly wave in reply.]

Oh. Apparently that's the noise a Snorlax makes when it is running, and it's loudest right before it flings the door open, somehow manages to squish through the door frame and wrap you up in a bear hug.]

[Red felt the floor thumping. He was wondering what it was. As the noise grew louder and the shaking grew stronger, he almost knew what it was and braced himself.

And then he was crushed in the massive hug that Sonny Moe was giving him. Completely crushed. If he wanted to say anything, he couldn't. He just hoped that the Snorlax wouldn't hug him any harder otherwise there might be some damage going on.]

[And with that, Marie is off. As he's sprinting off, he wonders if Red would prefer it if he changed back into Squirtle form. But he decides he doesn't really have the time. He swings Red's door open, not bothering to knock. And he sort of... stands in the doorway.]

[Red Team and knocking, they know not of each other. He had noticed that the door had opened behind him and Red looked up from his computer. Without saying a word, he made his way over to the doorway and put his arms around Marie in a hug.

Red always remembered that the Squirtle was always the "kid" of the group, no matter how much Marie didn't want to admit it. So there they were in the doorway, in a silent hug.]

[Marie returned Red's gesture by wrapping his arms around his trainer and hugging him tightly. He rest his head on his Red's shoulder. He thought that it would be nice if he could just stay like that forever.]

[Red never really knew what to say in this situation. He was just going to let Marie hug him as much as he wanted. After a while, Red spoke just one word.]

[Marie didn't reply at first. He didn't want Red to apologize to him. He really was just happy to have his trainer back. After some time, Marie finally eased out of the hug.]

[He gave Red a genuine smile; something he hadn't done for anyone else in quite a while.]
